Account Removal for App

Information about account removal and data management for POSIP App users.

Account Removal Process

To remove your account from the POSIP Android app, simply log out from the application. This will remove all your account data from your device.

How to Log Out

Open the App

Launch the POSIP POS System app on your device.

Go to Settings

Navigate to the Settings or Profile section from the main menu.

Select Logout

Tap on the "Logout" or "Sign Out" button.

Confirm

Confirm your decision to log out when prompted.

What Happens to Your Data

Removed from Device

  • Local cache and session data
  • Stored credentials
  • App preferences
  • Offline data

Account Data

Your account and business data remain stored on our servers. This allows you to:

  • Log back in anytime to access your data
  • Access your account from other devices
  • Maintain your business records and history

Complete Data Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, please visit our data removal request page or contact our support team.
